Canson is a French producer of art papers and related forest products with roots dating to 1557, when the Montgolfier family established its paper mills. In 2016 the company joined the F.I.L.A. Group, and in 2019 its North American subsidiary restructured by consolidating operations in Wisconsin and closing the South Hadley plant and related offices.
