Canvas Search Group is a boutique advertising services firm that specializes in healthcare marketing, corporate communications, and creative talent recruitment. The company positions itself as a selective recruiter that prioritizes relationship-building with a small client roster, aiming for a conversational and consultative approach rather than high-volume outreach. Its core value lies in matching unique or specialized skill sets—often referred to as “Purple Unicorn” searches—with appropriate career opportunities or teams, focusing on human-to-human problem solving. Based in Montclair, New Jersey, the firm emphasizes its role as a matchmaking partner that aligns talent with career opportunities and organizational culture, rather than simply filling roles. The business operates within the MarComm and recruitment services space, offering targeted recruitment services to clients in healthcare marketing and corporate communications. A recent development noted is the firm’s ongoing focus on developing-sustained relationships and its emphasis on a human-centered recruiting process. }' } }}}} } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } }}' } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } }}' } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } }}' } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } }} } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } }}' } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } }}
