Since 1972 Cape Ann’s Marina Resort has been family owned and operated focusing on the needs of the traveler, a destination by land or sea. With over 265 boat slips the marina is not complete without our year round operating hotel with 30 rooms and Mile Marker One Waterfront Restaurant. Whether you stay in the hotel for the night, dine and dance with us, celebrate a wedding or stay on your boat, we have it all here year round.

Hotel: Our year-round hotel features on the water rooms with balconies overlooking beautiful salt water marshes. Walk from your room to our lobby and restaurant. Spend time relaxing and overlooking the Annisquam River and marina from your table or room. Bring your laptop and work from here too.

Restaurant and Events: We have several indoor and outdoor dining and event venues, all on the water. Enjoy our new Dining Room & Bar year round or our Bridge Deck for live music, raw bar, rum bar and chill in season. Get married of have an event at our Waterfront Pavilion and make memories here.

Marina: Located in the heart of Cape Ann just inside Gloucester Harbor on the protected and beautiful Annisquam River.  We have been hosting recreational boaters for over 45 years with lots of experience. We have 265 boat slips, fuel dock, pump out and a fully equipped boat yard open year round to accommodate every boating need. Long and short term tie ups welcome, get in touch, call on VHF 10.

Marine Services: We operate a full service boat yard year round to assist in servicing and storing your boat at anytime of year. Also we sell new Suzuki and Yamaha outboard motors and Cummins diesel engines.  Along side with our retail parts and supplies we also can size you up a new trailer or a used boat, sell and install electronics and customize what you need to get you on the water.
