The Cape Cod Institute is a small to mid-sized professional training and coaching organization based in Greenwich, Connecticut, now in its 35th year, offering a summer program of week-long courses for mental health and management professionals. The courses are delivered by leading contributors to knowledge and practice, and a typical summer draws more than 1,000 participants from North America and beyond.
The program targets health and mental health professionals, organizational development and human resources practitioners, educators at all levels, and others who apply behavioral science to practice. Sessions take place in the Cape Cod National Seashore, with weekday mornings reserved for instruction and the afternoons open for leisure and study.
