Cape Yachts operates in the maritime transportation sector as a dealer and broker of both new and pre-owned boats. It represents several well-known builders, including BENETEAU Power and Sail, MJM Yachts, True North, Wellcraft, Four Winns, and AB Inflatables, maintaining a lineup of new, luxury vessels alongside a brokerage inventory. The company provides guidance and support through every step of finding, purchasing, and owning a boat, with an emphasis on matching a vessel to a family’s lifestyle and sustaining relationships within the boating community. The business operates from two offices, in Newport, Rhode Island, overlooking the Newport Shipyard, and South Dartmouth, Massachusetts; the South Dartmouth location sits at South Wharf Yacht Yard & Marina, a full-service facility that offers seasonal and transient slips for boats up to 135 feet and a range of ancillary services, with views of Padanaram Harbor. South Wharf Yacht Yard was established in 1832, adding a historical context to the marina setting. In 2025, Cape Yachts participated in major industry events, including attendance at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show in September.
