Strategic Leadership Capital Electric has recently appointed a new president, Brendan O'Hare, signaling potential strategic shifts and new growth initiatives. This is an opportune time to align with leadership on expansion plans, key projects, and partnership opportunities.

Geographic Expansion With operations and office presence in Maryland and a strong Midwestern footprint, there is potential to cross-sell services to existing clients in adjacent markets and to pursue regional multi-site electrical turnkey projects.

Integrated Solutions Capital Electric emphasizes start-to-finish, single-source electrical contracting including engineering, BIM/VDC, and maintenance. Prospects with complex multi-discipline needs and BIM-enabled projects are a natural fit for collaboration and scope expansion.

Strategic Partnerships Recent partnerships and asset investments, such as collaborations with Danko Arlington and StructShare, indicate openness to ecosystem alliances. Vendors, fabricators, and technology providers can explore co-delivered solutions and streamlined procurement.

Digital Transformation Adoption of Power Apps, Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint and StructShare points to a data-driven, efficiency-focused operation. Target opportunities include data analytics-driven project optimization, procurement efficiency, and digital twins for large industrial builds.
