Capital Group Properties is a full service real estate development company headquartered in Southborough, Massachusetts. Bill Depietri established the company in 1987 based on his respected reputation for attention to detail, quality and customer service. Commercial, Retail and Office

Capital Group Properties has developed and constructed over 3.5 million square feet of commercial, retail and office space. It currently retains over 750,000 square feet in its portfolio. Whether constructing for third parties or for its own portfolio, Capital Group Properties follows the same core operating philosophies of the company through each endeavor.

Residential

Developed, constructed and sold over 12 million square feet of residential units including single family and condominium communities. Bill Depietri is known throughout the region as the developer who does what he says he is going to do – when he says he will do it. Since 2004 Depietri has sold more Age Restricted Community homes in Massachusetts than any other developer. No small feat considering national home builders are located in the state selling similar properties. Property Management

CGP Manages over 800,000 square feet of commercial, retail and residential property, and is well respected for developing budgets that are trim while providing the highest level of services and implementing programs to reduce costs without affecting service.
