CEO and founder Leslie Rahl was an original derivatives pioneer and ISDA Board member and Partner Dr. Peter Niculescu has extensive experience in structured finance, MBS, ABS, and both OTC and exchange traded derivatives.

CMRA’s senior professionals each have decades of direct market experience that includes trading, managing risk, working with regulators, and serving on Boards of Directors and have been at the forefront of risk management since the early 80’s.
