Capital Sisters is a nonprofit organization committed to a world where impoverished women have access to credit for income generating activities that allow them to provide for their families and live with dignity. To this end, Capital Sisters uses the proceeds from the sale of its $1,000 zero-interest Investment Notes to make loans to international microfinance institutions (“MFIs”), which, in turn, lend to impoverished women in developing countries who do not have access to credit.
