   - We partner with homeless shelters that primarily serve families, women, and children
   - We provide primary care and mental healthcare
   - Our services are free-of-charge and available through walk-in visits
   - In 2017, we served 3,407 patients (55% of patients are children and youth; 78% of adult patients are women)
