Our regulatory compliance practices encompasses various regulatory agencies, such as FDA, USDA, CBP and covers a broad range of issues including ingredient and labeling review, responses to FDA issued Form 483, medical device pre-market clearance as well as 510(k).

Our transactional practice area concentrates on advising and counseling businesses on corporate governance, the purchase and sale of goods and services, contract preparation, vendor agreements, and operating agreements.
