Currently, we are building new homes in the Heritage Ranch area of Paso Robles. We provide information, education and options throughout the decision making process, whether it is cabinets, floors, doors, or another aspect of the home. Customers can choose from a wide selection of floor plans and blueprints, or bring in their own. We take pride in the homes we build and never lose sight of the importance of our customers and building the home of their dreams. Over the years, we've become experts in building homes and the various aspects associated with building a home, including the loan processes required for each unique project. The homes we build in Heritage Ranch are 1700-2300 square feet with mid-range upgrades from $355K-$690K. We are licensed, bonded, and insured with Worker’s Comp and carry $1 million liability policy.
