Capstone Quadrangle is commercial real estate development firm focusing on office, industrial, and healthcare buildings.  Based in suburban Milwaukee, we have worked extensively throughout the Midwest.  We have developed more than $275 million in new building construction, tenant improvements and land development.

We develop projects, on our own account and with clients and investors, to capitalize on market opportunities.  Much of the firm's efforts are entrepreneurial – we uncover an opportunity, determine its viability, raise the capital, construct the building, and match it with tenants.  Our capital sources include private individuals as well as institutional investors.  We are also retained on a fee basis by clients who ask us to handle the development of their buildings.

We are known for strong product planning skills, and an ability to balance quality with value.  Our integrity, savvy business instincts, and attention to detail have gained the trust of our clients, investors and lenders.  We are agile because we are not large, and as a result, all work is handled by principals.

Capstone Quadrangle has developed many facility types, from Class A buildings that are home to major corporate offices to sophisticated healthcare facilities such as outpatient surgery and cancer treatment centers.  An interesting fact about our efforts is that the majority of this work is performed with repeat investors and clients.
