In 2007, the core of the Capstone team, Ed Drummond and Evan Kopulos began assisting home buyers, sellers and residential investors navigate through the Metro Phoenix real estate market at Keller Williams at the Biltmore. With investors as our core focus, we specialize in creating solutions for our clients through extensive market knowledge, focused marketing, exceptional follow-up and communication, and consistent execution. We built our services around our personal need to manage our assets as well as others, learning along the way, and improving our systems and processes as we grow. A core value of our business since the beginning has been a commitment to continuous improvement which we demonstrate to our clients through their personal experience with Capstone. 

In 2012 we opened a small, boutique, real estate company in Central Phoenix, Capstone Realty Professionals. This move helped strengthen our systems and gave us the ability to offer our clients more comprehensive real estate services. Our model of helping clients on multiple levels, from home purchase to leasing to management and sales, creates a one-stop solution for our clients and ensures their interests are put before all else. In 2020 we launched a handyman service, Valley Handy, to further round out our services by keeping costs lower for our clients with an unexpected level of service and follow-thru.
