Caramel Group is a mid-sized Dubai-based hospitality development and management company founded in 2009 by Mohammed Al Hashimi. Its portfolio centers on Caramel Restaurant & Lounge, with the Dubai venue opening in 2010 in the Dubai International Financial Centre, followed by a second location in Abu Dhabi.

The group has expanded by taking over operations of two properties previously owned by Al Zaman Hospitality: The Indus, an Indian fine-dining restaurant at the Royal Opera House Muscat, and Moorish, a contemporary Arabic beachfront venue. A fourth Caramel Restaurant & Lounge opened in Knightsbridge, London, in March 2018. Based in Dubai and operating in the hospitality sector, Caramel Group focuses on developing and managing boutique dining and entertainment concepts for regional and international markets.
