Care First Rehab provides Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy at our Cary clinic as well as in-home - at no additional cost. Our number one goal is to provide collaborative, compassionate, individual and quality treatment for every person. We endeavor to be an extension of every doctor’s office that entrusts us with their patients’ care.  Patients can choose to have therapy on-site or in the comfort of their own home. 

In-home therapy is not limited to individuals confined to the home or just for those covered by Medicaid or Medicare. Home-based therapy services are provided in a setting where the client is located and helps find solutions to staying active and able. 

Care First Rehab provides customized care plans for people of all ages - from Pediatric to Seniors.
