At Care1st Health Plan Arizona, our members come first. We are a wholly-owned subsidiary of Care1st Health Plan, which has been operating in southern California for over 15 years. We offer three lines of business to meet the health needs of our communities. Care1st Health Plan Arizona provides quality health care to members enrolled in the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) and Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). In addition, ONECare by Care1st Health Plan Arizona offers a Medicare Special Needs Plan to individuals who are eligible for both AHCCCS and Medicare Parts A and B. All services are available in both Maricopa and Pima Counties. As a company, we strive to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction for our members, providers and employees. That means we work hard every day to deliver quality services, process claims in a timely manner, and support providers as they administer much needed care. We also take the time to understand our members’ unique needs and how to meet them. We believe that giving back to the communities we serve is a worthwhile endeavor and leads to better health outcomes. That’s why we have partnered with the City of Avondale and First Things First (FTF) to provide a community resource center in Avondale, Arizona. This resource center is a one-stop hub for a multitude of human services including enrollment assistance for DES services, Medicare benefits counseling, Women, Infants and Children (WIC), employment assistance, family education and more!
