Career Collaborative is a nonprofit that teaches unemployed and underemployed adults with low-income jobs how to build careers that strengthen families and change lives.

The program starts with a free one-month job readiness and job search workshop during which we help job candidates prepare resumes and practice interviewing skills. After the workshop, we provide group and individual job search assistance. 

Once a candidate is hired, we stay in close contact for at least two years, providing mentorship to help them stay employed and make career progress.
