A private-business led not-for-profit organization, CareerSource CLM is dedicated to connecting businesses with qualified, skilled candidates and Floridians with employment and career development opportunities. Headquartered in Ocala, CareerSource CLM also has offices/career centers in Lecanto and Chiefland.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, all services are provided virtually via phone, email, Live Chat, video conferencing and online. Limited in-person career center services are offered by appointment only weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Public health guidelines are adhered to for staff and customer safety. 

CareerSource CLM provides fee-free, cost-effective, high-quality employment, training and education services in collaboration with business, community, education, economic development and government partners. 

BUSINESS SERVICES include professional and technical recruitment and training, candidate assessment, exclusive hiring events and job/career fairs, and financial incentives. Also, staff support, labor market information and outplacement services. Business Services: 800-746-9950
