CareSeed originated from a need that we saw in the HEDIS hybrid collection process. Due to regulatory requirements, health plans must manage this annual, critical process with high visibility and a huge impact on overall quality scores.  Our team set out to ease that burden by creating a client-focused tool that allows health plans to maintain full ownership over the medical record review (MRR) project.  We have created a toolset that is full featured and yet easy to learn.  Our web-based tool can be accessed from computers, tablets, and smartphones.
