In 1982, I became a licensed Broker, and founded Cargile & Company Realtors. I am a member of the National REO Brokers Association (NRBA), and the Commercial REO Brokers Association (CREOBA). I currently have 9 agents, and a staff of 9 assistants to handle all REO & BPO needs. In addition, I hold a Masters Degree in Public Administration from The Ohio State University.

Since 1982 Cargile & Company Realtors has served the REO needs of LA’s financial community. We have seen our clients through both boom and bust, and we will be here to assist you with all of your REO needs. Cargile & Company Realtors are REO professionals. REO liquidation is our only business. During the past 27 years we have represented some of the largest banking firms in America. More than 80 institutions have trusted their REO’s to Cargile & Company. As REO specialists, we understand that these properties present a unique set of problems and circumstances that significantly increase Broker responsibility. Further, we recognize that our clients will make decisions based upon our reports and analyses. We have accepted this additional responsibility, and have performed well for the many financial institutions for which we have worked.
