The Carlsbad Department of Development (CDOD) is the economic development agency for the City of Carlsbad and Eddy County, New Mexico. We assist businesses considering the area for expansion and new investment, while supporting the retention and growth of existing industry. Through strategic partnerships, site development, and community engagement, CDOD drives initiatives that strengthen and diversify the local economy.
