Carney, Sandoe & Associates is an educational recruitment, search, and strategic consulting firm that places teachers and administrators in K-12 private, independent, and like-kind (charter, magnet, pilot, and merit) schools across the nation and worldwide. --The Placement Group at CS&A is broken down by subject and administrative area with an experienced, professional team assigned to each teaching and administrative area. Our personal and professional placement services are free to the job-seeking candidate. Teaching certification not required, although candidates will need at least a Bachelor’s degree pertaining to their desired subject area.

--The Retained Search Group has over 500 years of combined independent school experience. Composed of former heads of school, top administrators, and trustees, the Search Group focuses its efforts on retained searches for head-of-school and top administration positions. 

--The Consulting Group at CS&A provides informed and insightful strategic governance and management consulting support to school heads, boards of trustees, and other top level administrators at educational institutions.
