Carol Dean & Associates, Inc., is a recruiting firm specializing in the temporary and permanent placement of corporate office staff and medical office staff.  

Carol Dean & Associates and its affiliates have a collective total of more than 500 years of experience in recruiting in Metro Atlanta.  We are an alliance of 28 recruiters who specialize in recruiting for corporate office positions (such as receptionists, administrative assistants, executive assistants, office managers, accountants and bookkeepers, accounting clerks, customer service representatives and property managers in commercial real estate).   Also, if a client has a special need, such as a graphic designer, that can easily be accomplished.  In the medical industry, recruiting is done for staffing positions such as medical assistants, patient service representatives, surgery schedulers, and billers and coders.

The goal is to provide qualified candidates who have been thoroughly screened to match the job description and the culture of the client company or medical practice. All placements are guaranteed.

Earlier in her career, Carol Dean was Director of Corporate Services for Holder Construction Company, which included recruiting for all positions in the company, from clerical and mid-level management all the way to top executives.  This paved the way for Carol go into the recruiting industry later in her career.
