I started Silver Cross in Charlotte 10 years ago because I was so disappointed with how my parents were treated when they needed help in their home.  Too many companies just wanted to sell them something.  No one listened or tried to understand their current and future needs.

I formed this business to take a different, client-centered approach.  Our top priority is finding the best solutions for our clients.

We have changed our name to Carolina Lift and Elevator, but our primary focus on our clients' needs will never change.

Our expert advice is always free, and we provide free on-site consultations.

We offer equipment from a variety of the best manufacturers, so our customers have a range of choices to fit their individual tastes, budgets, and needs.

We install and service everything we sell, and we provide full support for our manufacturers'  warranties.

If we think there's a better solution for you that doesn't involve us or anything we sell, we promise to tell you.
