Carolina Restaurant Group, Inc. is a United States–based operator and franchisor in the food and beverage services sector. Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, the company was founded on April 1, 1993, and began as a 26-store Wendy's franchise. Under the leadership of president Quint Graham, the company has evolved into a growing corporate network of Wendy's restaurant locations. 

CRG concentrates on managing Wendy's outlets in North and South Carolina. In 2018, the group expanded through the acquisition of two Wendy's restaurants in Calhoun, Georgia.
