In 2006, Carolinas Metro Realty opened its doors in Charlotte, NC as a full-service real estate and property management company, providing a wide range of services to customers buying and selling residential and commercial property in the Charlotte-Metro area. With a dedicated team of brokers and employees, CMR has grown exponentially and now includes two office locations in South Charlotte. Owner and CEO Yuriy Vaynshteyn has been a resident of Charlotte for over 20 years and has a diverse background in technology, the legal fieldand personal real estate investment. CMR was opened to allow Vaynshteyn to capitalize on his immense knowledge of real estate and to satisfy his eagerness to diversify his portfolio. The Elm Lane office, led by Frances Bryant, serves as a full-service real estate brokerage office for both residential and commercial transactions in North and South Carolina. It also manages REO, HUD and short sale transactions while the Lancaster Highway office, led by Karen Saint-Lot, functions as the property management and owners association branch.
