The talent management landscape has undergone vast changes in recent years and we have continued to evolve to meet the changing needs of our clients. In 2021 we launched Obsidian Leaders - our executive leadership development program, along with the relaunch of our Carrera brand and full assimilation of our talent management division formally operating under the Engageability brand.
