The Carroll County Water Authority which was created in 1967, serving only a few hundred customers initially, has grown to supply over 20,250 households with safe, high-quality drinking water each day throughout and around Carroll County, Georgia. CCWA’s water system includes the Snake Creek Reservoir and Water Treatment Plant, three groundwater wells, and over 900 miles of water mains.
