Cars and Concepts was founded in December of 1996. The owner Thomas Boylan was born and raised in Munich, Germany. Thomas received his automotive training and bachelors degree in Munich. We pride ourselves to put quality before quantity and offer high quality service for an affordable price. Our unique approach and dedication to our customers made us successful to date. Thanks to our loyal customers we are a growing European Automotive shop,with a great reputation in the Tampa bay area, we have served this great community for 17 years.
