We founded Carter Jacobs to fill a hole we saw in the marketplace that was not being met by traditional brokerage firms or the large money-manager we were working for. So in 2002 we took a chance and started to build our business from the ground up. Our vision: deliver sophisticated investment and planning strategies typically available to only the uber wealthy to everyday people in a cost-effective, client-centric manner. To make it clear we were putting client interests ahead of our own, we dropped our sales licenses and became “fee-only” registered investment advisors. Years later our vision continues to be realized as we provide highly personalized, unbiased advice to an ever growing number of families, business owners and 401k plans.
