The network operates 72 stores across the state, offering roughly 50,000 square meters of selling space and supported by a centralized distribution center that supplies stores daily. Store locations are concentrated in the Rio de Janeiro region, with most stores in the metropolitan area and the remainder in Baixada Fluminense. Founded in 2009 to implement the judicial recovery plan for the former Casa & Vídeo, the company subsequently acquired the Casa & Vídeo brand in 2010 and became its sole owner. As part of its restructuring, it established a company-wide enterprise system, created a code of conduct, and formed several governance committees. Since the start of these reforms, the company has been audited by Ernst & Young.
