Associated Western Agency was founded in 1992 to primarily focus on commercial lighting.  With over 25 years of extensive experience in the lighting industry, the agency began to expand its product and service offerings.  By 1995 Associated Western was growing and establishing a reputation in lighting applications, lighting controls and energy management systems.  

Starting from a two-person team in 1992, Associated Western has grown into a 40 person staffed market leader with over 500 years of combined experience.  They are currently conducting business in five states: Oregon, Washington, Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming.  In 1999 Associated Western assumed the name of Cascade Lighting Representatives.  Cascade Lighting has continued to expand their line card and territory by acquiring competitors and their staff.  This has enabled them to build an extensive package of lighting and lighting control lines.  These lines are arguably some of the strongest manufactures in the industry.  JLG, HE Williams, LSI, GE Lighting Systems, and Valmont are the anchor lighting groups for the agency.    

In recent years Cascade Lighting Representatives has opened additional offices in Boise, ID and Spokane, WA.  They continue to expand their territory, lines and personnel.  Their goal is for continued growth and to staff the best lighting and controls specialists in the industry.
