Its primary customers are hospitality and foodservice operators in the United Arab Emirates, and it provides a broad portfolio of over 2,000 products sourced from master craftsmen and artisans. The company works with more than 300 Italian and European farmers, bakers, and manufacturers to support sustainable agriculture and fresh local produce.

Based in Dubai Investment Park, Casinetto has grown to employ over a hundred people. In 2019 it expanded into consumer e-commerce with a B2C e-grocery offering that delivers European produce directly to customers' doors.
