Cast Aluminum Solutions specializes in designing and manufacturing highly-engineered aluminum products and components.  We serve OEMs and end-users in several key industries, including oil & gas, aerospace, semiconductor, food & beverage, medical and pharmaceutical, and a variety of specialty applications for liquid and gas processing.

The majority of our products involve heat transfer and thermal technology. CAS delivers tightly-controlled casting processes, precision machining using industry-standard CNC technology, and high-value-added assembly & testing services.  While we specialize in thermal solutions, we also apply these competencies toward developing & manufacturing non-heated products.
