Castle Rock Pediatrics was started in 1999 by Dr. Rita Thieme.  Dr. Thieme is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.  The group has since grown from one pediatrician to three pediatricians and a physician assistant. 

The original location was located at 1 Oakwood Park.  Castle Rock Pediatrics then moved to 1001 South Perry Street where it has remained.  In 2014 Castle Rock Pediatrics remodeled to grow and meet the needs of its families.  
Castle Rock Pediatrics is a patient centered medical home providing care from birth to young adults in a wide variety of socioeconomic groups.  The patient population includes children placed in foster care, high risk, and complex medical needs.
