Catalyst Acquisition Group, L.L.C. is an international, operationally focused, private equity firm concentrating on corporate transformations, buyouts, and divestitures, particularly where time is a factor.

Catalyst does not maintain a traditional investment fund with Limited Partners. Instead, we generally self-finance each deal, investing our own capital. This gives us a uniquely attentive focus and a very personal approach to our transformation and acquisition investments. Although we will use it, we regard leverage as a tool, not a necessity for every transaction.
