Catholic Charities of Southeast Michigan (CCSEM) serves the most vulnerable of our community. It is the charitable arm of the Archdiocese of Detroit. CCSEM provides an array of social services in Macomb, Monroe, Oakland, St. Clair, Lapeer and Wayne Counties. The Mission Statement of Catholic Charities is: "Compelled by the love and teachings of Jesus Christ, Catholic Charities of Southeast Michigan provides professional and volunteer services to people in need throughout the Archdiocese of Detroit without regard to race, religion, age, gender or socio-economic status."
