Strategic Staffing Opportunity to engage with a newly appointed Chancellor and Moderator of the Curia who oversees strategic planning. This signals potential needs for governance, CRM, and collaboration tools to support high-level decision making and diocesan-wide initiatives.

Technology Enablement The diocese utilizes a modern tech stack (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Azure, Datadog) presenting a gateway for cross-platform productivity enhancements, security, and cloud cost optimization services tailored to small to mid-sized religious organizations.

Digital Collaboration Active deployment of collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Paylocity) indicates ongoing needs for secure communications, payroll/HR management, event planning, and volunteer coordination solutions that scale with ministry activities.

Community Engagement Recent partnerships and events (Bright Lights Tour, youth/young adult outreach) suggest opportunities for software and services that support outreach programs, donor relations, fundraising platforms, and faith-based community events.

Financial Scale With revenue under a million and a small staff size, there is potential for cost-effective, easy-to-implement solutions (nonprofit pricing, managed services, training) that deliver quick ROI for ERP, human resources, and IT security.
