Catholic Mobilizing Network is a national nonprofit based in Washington, District of Columbia, that mobilizes Catholics and others to value life over death and to end the use of the death penalty. It seeks to transform the U.S. criminal justice system from punitive to restorative and to build capacity in society to engage in restorative practices, through education, advocacy, and prayer. The organization grounds its work in the belief that every person is created in God’s image and that those who have harmed or been affected by crime deserve to be treated with dignity. CMN works closely with the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops and is a founding member of the Congregation of St. Joseph Mission Network, signaling its integration within Catholic networks. Its audience includes Catholics nationwide and other people of goodwill seeking restorative justice, pursued through its educational and advocacy activities. In 2025, CMN participated in its National Catholic Conference on Restorative Justice, with the theme "Tangible Signs of Hope."
