Catholic Sports Camps (CSC) are faith-filled experiences where leaders are built, sports are played, and faith is strengthened. Our Mission is to teach children (ages 6-17) sports through the leadership and teachings of the Catholic Church. 

This organization started with the Mike Sweeney Catholic Baseball Camp, and rapidly expanded by adding Bishop Paprocki, the Holy Goalie, Fr. Burke Masters, the Chicago Cubs' Chaplain, the Fishers of Men Apostolate, Fr. Chase Hilgenbrinck, the Soccer Priest, Spirit Hockey Camp, and the Catholic Soccer and Football Camps.  CSC is a camp/retreat designed to be a fun, inspiring, and challenging week of sports with the integration of learning about the Catholic faith.  Consistent across all camps, Mass, Confession, and Eucharistic Adoration is offered daily - campers are also instructed on how to pray the rosary. Although you need not be Catholic to attend, each camp offers an authentically Catholic experience where kids will learn from professional athletes who are on fire for the Lord. While local to the Diocese of Joliet in Illinois, the founders are working tirelessly to expand these programs to a national platform. 

In 2017, Catholic Sports Camps served 300 children and enjoyed the support from over 200 volunteers. The professional athletes included Mike Sweeney, Joel Quenneville (Coach Q), Ryan Sweeney, Donn Pall, Fr. Burke Masters, Fr. Chase Hilgenbrinck, Brent Sopel, Bill Gardner, Mark Van Guilder, Javier Andrade, and Christian Bobak. In 2018, Catholic Sports Camps will be hosting Hockey, Baseball, Soccer, AND Football camps.
