Providing IT security services is very different from selling security products - it means that our relationship with our customers is just beginning when the technology is deployed. Once the service is up and running, our customers rely on us to have certified, expert analysts on duty 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. They expect us to be constantly improving our (and their) security posture – and they expect it to be in real-time, not in the form of cumbersome patches and software updates. They expect us to be aware of the latest developments in the regulatory environment. They expect us to be developing new technology for our infrastructure and theirs, to address new threats and drive efficiency. Our customers, which range from Fortune 500 companies with large security teams to organizations with no full-time security staff, require flexibility to best support their needs. For some, they look to Cautela Labs to simply backup their existing security staff, monitoring some devices, alerting if necessary or simply using our purpose-built Customer Portal for reporting and management. Others look to us to actively manage some or their entire security environment: configuration, deployment and response. They expect to be able to access and generate reports appropriate for all their internal audiences, from executives and board members to security analysts and administrators.
