Our metal disintegration is our business encompassing a diverse spectrum of metal disintegration services in addition to sales, service, and training.  . CBG uses state-of-the-art Metal Disintegrating Machines (MDM) to provide the customer the quickest, most accurate, and cost efficient method for the removal of broken tools, taps, bolts, studs, pins, center drills, tube expanders, and set screws in large stationery equipment and vehicles. Our mobility and flexibility allows our services to be performed on-site or at our complete shop facility. The MDM are portable enough to allow setup in tight surroundings, such as submarines. Our process uses the highest quality MDM for removing metal without damaging the host equipment. 
Our shop located at 4013 Seaboard Court Suite A3 Portsmouth, VA 23701.  Smaller parts can be shipped in broken fasteners removed and returned shipped the next day.  We have 4 portable MDM's that can be shipped world wide. We have removed broken bolts, studs, and taps as large as 4 inches and as small as 3 MM. Broken drill bits as deep as 54 inches.  In all industries and types of equipment including aircraft parts, steam and gas turbines in both nuclear and conventional power plants, diesel engines in ships and power plants, paper mill dryer cans, petro/chem catalyst towers,  aircraft carrier catapults, and numerous car, truck and boat engines.
