From our founding in 1977, through our growth as an infrastructure company, to becoming employee-owned in 2005, C.C. Myers, Inc. has always taken pride in its SPIRIT. With that first contract we knew we wanted to build great bridges. Now, more than thirty years later, we have become one of the leading heavy highway civil engineering firms in the West, recognized for hundreds of projects in both the public and private sectors. We build quality projects safely and quickly.
A number of dramatic, disaster-related jobs from 1994 to as recently as 2008 presented us with our biggest challenges and pushed us to achieve some of our greatest successes. To date, we've handled more than eighteen emergency projects for the citizens of California, but we couldn't have accomplished even one without the strength, commitment and wisdom of our team.
As a company, we are highly effective at working together towards a goal. From bid to completion, whether the project requires an urgent round-the-clock response or a steady, calculated long-term focus, our staff teams up and takes it on. It's not unusual to hear employees describe their co-workers "like family" … and the dedication they exhibit is just as strong. Our founder set the standard for pursuing the highest and best possible results. Now, as an employee-owned company, we are carrying his legacy into the future.
