With this service you can be confident that all your computers have anti-virus, are up to date, all have weekly maintenance completed and all are monitored 24/7 for common problems.  We monitor each of these items and alert you if we determine there is an issue.  After that, it is up to you on how the issue is resolved.  Issues can be handled internally, by us, or by someone else, it is totally up to you.
