Cecilio Musical Instruments produces handcrafted band and orchestra instruments designed with the student instrumentalist in mind. Instruments are subjected to rigorous quality checks, being tested at overseas factories and re-inspected at a Los Angeles distribution center to verify quality before distribution. The company emphasizes high craftsmanship paired with affordable pricing to address the need for quality instruments for schools and families. Its origin stems from an encounter with a family seeking an affordable violin for a school-aged child, and the firm collaborates with music educators and professional musicians to develop its product line. Cecilio is based in Rancho Cucamonga, California, and operates with a small team focused on supporting student musicians in the education market.
