Training Programs CEI is a leading provider of construction training and DBE support services with scalable offerings across seminars, private training, association-sponsored training, and Florida contractors exam classes. This presents cross-sell opportunities for upgraded training packages, curriculum development, and long-term training partnerships.

DBE Growth The DBE Supportive Services group has a proven track record and can establish new programs where none exist. Sales opportunities exist in offering program design, capability statements, business planning, and estimating project support to expand DBE capabilities in multiple states.

Cost Effective Tools CEI’s bid matching program is described as cost affordable and easy to use, with some DBEs receiving it for free in certain states. There is potential to upsell enhanced bid management features, analytics, and premium access for larger DBE networks.

Tech Enablement Current tech stack includes TrackJS, Font Awesome, CentOS, and reCAPTCHA, indicating potential for technology-adjacent services such as site reliability improvements, UI/UX enhancements, or security/authentication upgrades to support training platforms and client portals.

Growth Readiness With 51-200 employees and revenue in the 1M–10M range, CEI shows scalable operations and needs for expanding training capacity, geographic reach, and marketing to construction professionals. This signals opportunities for partnerships in facility expansion, course localization, and targeted outreach to states where DBE programs can be launched or expanded.
