At Cellstate Biosciences we work with clients to develop assays to follow the changes in cellular targets that characterize a disease, identify a physiological process, or explain the wanted and unwanted actions of a drug. Multiplexed imaging allied with single-cell analysis provides maximal insight about the expression level, post-translational modifications, and location of proteins in cells or in tissue.

Our areas of expertise include high-content screening, cell painting image-based immuno-assays, single-cell and whole-population data-analysis, custom antibody development for novel applications, custom fluorophore-dye formulations, and cellular signaling.

Unique to us. We ensure antibody specificity and high avidity along with careful dye labeling with custom fluorophore mixtures that maximize fluorescence yield while maintaining good separation of channels in multiplexing assays.
