Cellular Concrete Technologies LLC, building upon 17 years of research and development, has achieved significant breakthroughs in design and manufacturing of the Stable Air structural and non-structural lightweight cellular concrete system. 

Through a modified batch design, Cellular Concrete Technologies has made it possible to mix batches of concrete to accurately and reliably achieve specified strengths and weights.

Through the combination of a specially developed surfactant (Stable Air™) and a proprietary foam producing machine the Stable Air Aerator, Stable Air can produce two types of cellular concrete: Structural lightweight concrete, Non-Structural lightweight concrete, as well as infill, backfill and flowable fill.
