Internet domain CEL.ro is registered with RoTLD on August 2, 2004. The first sales through CEL.ro were made from January 2005 with the elimination of excise duties on cameras. The first categories of products sold were in 2005 cameras, in 2006 adding LCD monitors and laptops, and in 2007 GPSs.
